At Casa Canazei, you can experience winter in the mountains in the heart of the Dolomiti Superski ski area, one of the largest in the world.
The Residence is around 900 metres from the ski lifts, with the Alba–Col dei Rossi cable car providing a direct link to the famous Sellaronda (Tour of the Four Passes): a unique ski route that crosses the Sella, Pordoi, Campolongo and Gardena passes, connecting the Fassa, Gardena, Badia and Livinallongo valleys. The route can be tackled in both directions, clockwise and anti-clockwise.
Skiing, nature and unforgettable moments
The Alba–Ciampac cable car takes you to the Ciampac–Buffaure ski area, a true paradise for skiers and families. Here you’ll find scenic slopes, children’s play areas and wonderful snowshoe trails surrounded by nature.
Another unmissable experience is the Marmolada, the “Queen of the Dolomites”, which offers skiing up to an altitude of 3,265 metres. The 12-kilometre-long La Bellunese run offers a spectacular descent from the glacier down to Malga Ciapela, with direct access to the Sellaronda as well.
The slopes are always well covered in snow from December to April, thanks in part to the snow-making system, ensuring optimal conditions throughout the season.
